I wanted to just make you aware of how graduate student grades would be translated relative to the email that you may have seen from the Provost.
As he noted in his email, students will be allowed to chose their grading scale either letter grades (A/B/C/D/F) or pass/fail (S/U) once the grades are submitted by instructors (there is a May cutoff date given in the email).
It is REALLY important for you to note that for graduate students, C is NOT a passing grade.
For graduate students the translation would be A, AB, B -> S (or pass) and C, D, and F -> U (or fail)
