Current UW Campus Wireless Network Outage

Good afternoon EPD Online Students,

I wanted to draw your attention to a wireless networking outage currently happening on campus.  It likely won’t impact you directly, but please note that it could be impacting some of your instructors and UW staff regarding and their access to the internet for courses or web conferences.  Here is the message we have received (below).

UW–Madison Faculty and Staff:

Campus is currently experiencing a widespread wireless outage. The problem started at 7:15 Monday morning. Technologists have identified the problem and are working to resolve the issue. We will share more information as it becomes available, and we will send out an update around noon today.
