If you are graduating this semester, please complete the following actions:
- Email studentservices@epd.wisc.edu to confirm that you are on track to complete your degree this semester.
- By Friday, November 1st complete the Apply to Graduate app in your MyUW student center.
- You will indicate which term you are completing your degree and when you want to participate in commencement
- Student services will submit your final degree warrant and any course approval forms needed
- If you plan to attend Winter Commencement or Spring Commencement, please email studentservices@epd.wisc.edu so our department can communicate any additional celebration details.
- Ensure your mailing address is current in your Student Center. Diplomas will be mailed 8-12 weeks after degree conferral.
As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Degree completion is an important milestone and we are eager to help you celebrate!
