To: Current MEM students

Hello! I hope all is going well as you wrap up final projects and assignments for your Fall courses. I hope you have the semester to be a an interesting, rewarding learning experience that is already paying off with deeper understanding and greater success professionally and personally.
I am getting in touch for two purposes:
1. Do you have any questions regarding course selection and registration for the Spring 2019 semester? If yes, reply via email with some times when you can be available Friday, 12/14 or Tuesday, 12/18, and we’ll find a time to connect.
2. Please plan now to attend one of the MEM “Get Ready” web conferences that we have scheduled to help you get off to strong start in the Spring semester. Date and times are as follows:
· Wednesday, 1/9/2019, 9-10AM Central for students entering their final and capstone semester. We’ll discuss selection of your capstone projects and some early planning for Commencement weekend.
· Thursday, 1/10/2019, 9-10AM Central for all other students. We’ll offer some suggestions regarding offered MEM courses, and will answer any related questions you might have.
If you have not already done so, please be sure you have subscribed to Discussion Forums at MEM Community (https://wwwtest.community.engr.wisc.edu/gc/mem-program-group/) so that you receive important MEM-related announcements.
As always, please don’t hesitate to contact me or Shainah if there is any way we can provide answers or help to make your MEM studies as valuable and hassle-free as possible.
