I can’t find out when registration opens for summer 2020. Back in January I got an email that said I should be receiving an email from the Registers office soon but I haven’t.

Also what classes should first year MEM students be taking? 710 and 785 or 708?

Hi Craig,

Enrollment appointment emails will be sent out by the Office of the Registrar on the week of March 23rd. Once your time is assigned, you can also view it on the “Course Search & Enroll” tile in MyUW.

Program Director, Heather Smith, will be addressing your question about first year MEM students.

Hello Craig,

You are correct, you should take 710 and 785 or 708. If you plan to take 618 in the future, then I would recommend you take 785 this summer.

Good morning,

As a follow up to Craig’s question regarding schedule, I believe you were referring to 619 (Fostering and Leading Innovation) in your post.  If so, is it accurate that we can only take 619 or 708 during our coursework (not both)?

Hello Ed,

My recommendation is that you not take both 619 and 708, as there will be some overlap between the two courses.  However, you can take both if you choose.
