I'm from Kenosha, WI and graduated from UW-Madison with an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. I'm currently enrolled in the Manufacturing Systems Engineering program. I work as a Manufacturing engineer for a company called Novares Group (Formerly Miniature Precision Components) located in Walworth, WI. We are a tier 1 automotive supplier specialized in engine related engineered plastics. My particular plant specializes in injection molded cam covers utilizing highly automated manufacturing systems. On a day to day basis I deal heavily with robotics and PLC systems (Fanuc and Allen Bradley) along with human/automation interaction in many of our systems and processes. My hobbies include weight lifting and running. I'm also a huge automotive hobbyist. Some of my projects include a full restoration of a 1978 Camaro Z28 and a turbo charged Subaru BRZ.
